Finding Flow in Practice with Natural Lifemanship®
Join us in 2026 for a full calendar of experiential trainings grounded in movement, attunement, and real relationship.
The deepest healing doesn’t come from control
It comes from learning to move with what’s real, right now.
In the world of experiential work, the most profound breakthroughs often arise not from carefully laid plans, but from a willingness to follow the natural current of relationship, sensation, and connection.
Finding Flow 2026 invites you into a year of releasing the need to fix, to force, or to always “know.” Instead, we turn toward curiosity, responsiveness, and attunement—to ourselves, our clients, our horses, and the environment we share.
At Natural Lifemanship, flow isn’t passive. It’s a dynamic, embodied, relational presence. It asks that we develop flexibility, practice emotional regulation, and trust the intelligence of the moment. It means riding the edges of discomfort without collapse or control, and guiding our clients to do the same.
In 2026, our trainings will help you:
- Deepen your somatic awareness
- Navigate stress and regulation with presence
- Build authentic connection through responsiveness, not rigidity
- Trust what emerges, because that’s where the healing is
Make 2026 the year you stop pushing and start flowing—for your own growth and the deeper impact you bring to others.
Let’s Learn Together
To guide you in your journey, enhance your healing practice, and grow your impact, we offer the following:
A Note About Dates
We’re excited to share that trainings for winter, spring, and summer 2026 are now open for registration—giving you a chance to start planning ahead for the year.
As for fall 2026, we’re still in the process of finalizing those details. We want to stay responsive to changes in locations, trainer availability, and emerging needs within our community, so releasing the calendar in phases allows us to better serve you.
The dates we’ve shared so far for the fall are subject to change, and fall trainings will open for registration mid-year. At that time, free lodging will be available for a limited time.

The Equine Connected EMDR Add-on is not for everyone. To qualify, you must:
- Complete the Fundamentals of Natural Lifemanship, the NL Intensive, AND the Rhythmic Riding Immersion
- Fall into either of the following categories:
- An EMDRIA trained EMDR practitioner
- An Equine Professional (EP) accompanying his or her therapy partner who is an EMDRIA trained EMDR practitioner.
To add on this training, you must attend the entire Rhythmic Riding Immersion because the add-on builds on the days that precede it. If you’ve already completed the Rhythmic Riding Immersion and want to attend the EC-EMDR portion, you’ll need to attend the entire training, including the Rhythmic Riding portion. NEW TRAINING:
Principles of Trauma Processing
In the mental health fields, the sciences of neurobiology, attachment, polyvagal theory, and affective neuroscience have illuminated the integral role trauma plays in mental illness, toxic stress, and life satisfaction. So, of course, and thankfully, many modalities for treating trauma have emerged. To be trained in one or two gives us a toolbox – but a limited one.
In order to fully support the unique traumatized individual that stands before us, we must learn to integrate trauma modalities, and find the mechanisms of change that lie underneath protocols, gadgets, and new terminology.
In this training, Bettina Shultz-Jobe and Kate Naylor will guide trauma professionals in exploring the principles that underlie effective trauma processing, so that an integrated, comprehensive framework can emerge. Not a protocol, not new acronyms, but a skillset to answer the question “What should I do next, in this moment?”
Processing trauma can be relational, grounded, safe, and productive – and adaptable – when we know what, at its most basic, is necessary for trauma to move through the body and mind.
When we support clients toward wholeness, from our own place of wholeness, the work transforms.
This revolutionary and embodied approach is multi-modal, pulling from models like Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, IFS, TIR, Somatic Movement and Psychodrama.
Learning will include:
A foundation of intentionality, somatic skills, and co-regulating presence
How and Why to “build out” and externalize a trauma memory
Various ways to move within, work with, and ‘move through” this memory
The completion of movements in trauma work
Movement and reflex integration in trauma work
Parts work, inner child work, and addressing shame
The importance of the reparative experience and how to facilitate this
And of course how to integrate horses into it all!
Learning will be didactic and experiential. Come prepared to learn both personally and professionally!
