Rebecca J. Hubbard is a master's level licensed marriage and family therapist and co-owner of Pecan Creek Ranch. Since 1994 she has been providing therapy for children, adolescents, families, and adults who have experienced traumatic events. She is a co-author of "Complex Trauma in Children & Adolescents", published in the Psychiatric Annals, in 2005 (pp. 390-398.), Exploring Socio-emotional and Cognitive Development in Horses in Integrating Horses Into Healing: A Comprehensive Guide to Equine Assisted Services (Elsevier, 2023), and I’m Drowning and I Don’t Know How To Begin: 26 Invitations for Exploration in Equine Assisted Services for Working with Children and Teens (Pecan Creek Ranch, 2023). She has written two books, "The Gift," published by Pecan Creek Ranch, and "Kindness in a Scary World," published by TitleTown Publishing.
