Director of EP Development & Director of Media

Tanner Jobe

“We need to consider the overall development of the horse, not just the behavior in the moment and what we want from him/her.”

Tanner Jobe has spent a lifetime immersed in the Natural Lifemanship model, developing a rare depth of expertise in horse-human connection.
As Director of Equine Professional Development and Director of Media, Tanner wears many hats. A certified NL Trainer and professional videographer, producer, photographer, and editor, he excels at communicating with horses—particularly young, untrained, and even wild horses.
Tanner finds deep reward in working directly with horses and watching students progress. “Working with horses and seeing students make progress in Natural Lifemanship are some of the most rewarding parts of my work,” he says. “It’s a constant learning and improvement process. I’m still making the shift—in some ways, we all are.” He views NL as far more than a horse-human methodology: “The ability to be intentional about the relationships we are having with everything around us is where our true power lies. Our specialization in the horse/human relationship is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s so much more potential here.”

Tanner brings an intuitive, relational approach grounded in integrity and continuous growth. He continues to push the NL community toward greater intentionality—one relationship, one moment, and one chain reaction at a time.
