The purpose of mounted work in TF-EAP is to deepen the connection the client experiences with the horse while leveraging the physiological support that the movement of the horse provides. Mounted work provides a powerful opportunity for clients to deepen their sense of connection with themselves and with their horse while benefitting from "bottom-up regulation." The NL Intensive is required prior to attending this training.
Experience more rewarding connections while empowering others to do the same. Build a business helping people with the help of horses. Help others overcome trauma and stress. The Fundamentals of NL is our basic training and the entry point for all advanced trainings as well as our certification process. Learn, Experience and Connect through Natural Lifemanship.
The NL Intensive is an advanced, hands-on training for people who have completed the Fundamentals of Natural Lifemanship. In a small group setting working with a partner you will spend 3 days building a connected relationship with your horse (on the ground, and possibly, eventually mounted) and helping your partner do the same. The NL Intensive is required for basic NL certification and is also a pre-requisite for the Relationship Logic and the Rhythmic Riding Immersions.
Experience the sensitivity of an untrained horse. Practice being deeply in touch with your own body energy as you build a relationship based on predictability and safety. Learn how to help a horse build the capacity for trust and intimacy with a human, and how to help humans who have experienced trauma. Relationship Logic Immersion counts towards Advanced Certification. The NL Intensive is a pre-requisite.
Join us October 17-19 for our second biennial conference and take a "Deep Dive" into Trauma Informed Specialties within Equine Assisted Practice! Stay an extra day and treat yourself to a personal experience of a select practice, retreat-style!
Natural Lifemanship EC-EMDR training is a three-day hands-on training workshopfor EMDR trained clinicians and their EPs who practice Natural Lifemanship Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP).
For many the spiritual realm of life is where we seek meaning and belonging; it may also be the place of some of our deepest wounds. Natural Lifemanship helps us explore, experience, practice and transform connection patterns in the depths of our being where our sense of self touches its very source and the ground of all being. Experience and learn how NL can help you bring others to a place of deeper connection with self and others, resting in our true nature of absolute belonging.
Introduction to Natural Lifemanship & TF-EAP™ is a one-day workshop that covers the basic science and principles at the foundations of Natural Lifemanship.
