Chris is licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling with a dual degree in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. He is experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, marital issues and trauma. Primary forms of treatment include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy. He is committed to the restoration of the relationship with self and others with the goal of restoring connections and improving quality of life by helping individuals, couples and families work through the issues that cause isolation. Chris is a Christian who believes that spirituality is an important element of healing for people of faith and, if beneficial to healing, is willing to provide services that include a faith based approach.
