Natural Lifemanship Grievance Policy

At Natural Lifemanship, we are committed to creating learning experiences and professional interactions that reflect our values of respect, relational connection, integrity, safety, and responsiveness. We welcome feedback from participants, students, members, clients, and community members as an important part of maintaining the quality and integrity of our programs and services.

Participants are encouraged to share concerns, questions, or grievances so that we may thoughtfully review and address them.

Mail:
Natural Lifemanship

Phone: (512) 890-0372

Whenever possible, we encourage grievances to be submitted in writing so that we can fully understand the concern and maintain accurate documentation.

Grievance Review Process

When a participant files a grievance and requests review or action regarding the concern, the following procedures will apply:

1. Concerns Regarding an Instructor, Presenter, Consultant, or Facilitator

If the grievance concerns an instructor, presenter, consultant, facilitator, or other representative of Natural Lifemanship — including concerns related to communication, conduct, instructional style, or presentation content — the participant may be asked to provide the concern in written form.

A member of the Natural Lifemanship leadership or administrative team will review the grievance and may share the relevant information with the individual involved in order to seek clarification, resolution, or corrective action as appropriate. Confidentiality will be respected to the greatest extent reasonably possible.

2. Concerns Regarding a Training, Course, Event, Membership, or Program Experience

If the grievance concerns a training, workshop, consultation, course, event, membership experience, program structure, accessibility issue, technology issue, or facility-related concern, Natural Lifemanship leadership will review the concern and determine an appropriate response.

Depending on the nature of the grievance, possible resolutions may include:

      • clarification or additional support;
      • technical assistance;
      • transfer to a future training or cohort;
      • partial or full course credit;
      • partial refund; or
      • other reasonable accommodations or corrective actions as deemed appropriate.

Some resolutions may require written documentation of the grievance for recordkeeping purposes.

3. Concerns Regarding Organizational Policies, Ethics, or Program Integrity

If a grievance concerns organizational practices, ethical concerns, certification processes, continuing education practices, or the overall integrity of a Natural Lifemanship program, the concern will be reviewed by Natural Lifemanship leadership and, when appropriate, discussed with additional advisors, consultants, or members of the leadership team in order to ensure thoughtful and fair consideration.

Natural Lifemanship will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to grievances in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.

Commitment to Respectful Resolution

Natural Lifemanship values open communication and believes that concerns are best addressed through respectful, collaborative dialogue whenever possible. Filing a grievance will not negatively affect a participant’s standing within a training, membership, certification process, or professional relationship with Natural Lifemanship.

We appreciate the opportunity to receive feedback and continuously improve the experiences we provide to our community.
