Cindy Skelton-Hodge

Cindy was forced to leave the fast-paced Silicon Valley executive life early in her forties when the physical and emotional effects of her own childhood trauma started to catch up to her.

Cindy Skelton Hodge

She reignited her love of horses and through this process found that her trauma-related symptoms were dissipating. Curiosity led to research on why the work with horses was effective in treating trauma, which in turn led her to start Windows to My Soul, a not-for-profit in Somerset, California that provides Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Certified in two EAP models and a Natural Lifemanship trainer, Cindy and Windows to My Soul are proud hosts of the Natural Lifemanship Fundamentals, Intensives, and Relationship Logic Immersions.
